Being a mentor with YouDo Initiative has been exciting. I've had the privilege of guiding young innovators who came in with just raw ideas and a lot of passion. Watching them gain confidence, develop their skills, innovate, and launch small thriving ventures and projects of benefit to the community is the true sustainable development. YouDo doesn't just provide knowledge; it builds a supportive ecosystem where potential is recognized and nurtured. Seeing these young people overcome challenging situations and start driving positive impact in the society is powerful evidence to the Initiative's influence.

Before joining YouDo Initiative's skills development program, I felt stuck. Finding consistent work was a daily struggle. The training in digital marketing I received through YouDo changed everything. They didn't just teach me; they connected me with a market and grant opportunities that enabled me to scale up my business. I now run my own small online shop. I can confidently provide for myself, and I even employ another young lady from my community to run it for me while I handle other businesses. YouDo gave me the key to unlock my own potential and build a sustainable future.

Our community faced challenges with youth engagement, and many of us felt powerless to change things. We partnered with YouDo Initiative and this empowered us to identify our own needs and work together on projects like the youth sports club. It wasn't just about the physical improvements; it was about bringing us together, promoting a sense of ownership, and rebuilding social ties that had weakened.
